I made the translation. If anyone can see some mistake please let me know.

Vocalist of german band Tokio hotel Bil Kaulitz dream of every girl: he is not like everyone else, he is talented and lonely. In "I love you" Bill is talking about real love, consequences of being famous and changes in his life.

About sweet dreams
I think that all members of band would be sleeping all the time and being just lazy, but we just don't have an opportunity to do that. (I am not 100%sure it's correct )
I am night person and I am fine with it. I go to bed around 4 a.m. and I would gladly wake up around 2 P.M. But I rarely have enough sleep. Often I have to forget that I love to sleep on comfortable mattresses with soft blankets, and just take a nap anywhere I can at the free time available. So, don't be surprised if one day I will fall asleep at some event or a show - it can easily happened.

About hair.
Since childhood I paid attention to what I wear. It's possible that there were days back then when I looked ridiculous, but at that time I liked it, so it's OK. You don't need to be ashamed of your past. Right now I've found my own style, but it doesn't matter that I won't change it for the rest of my life. Everyone was so surprised when I change my hairstyle. Believe me; my desire to change it surprised me myself. I just changed my hair and don't regret it at all. You can't always be the same. On Humanoid there a new sound and on my head I have an excellent Iroquois. You have to rejoice the changes but not to be afraid of them.

About family
I am very lucky that I have my family. Mom always supported us and stepfather helped to find our true calling. After we left the house I was calling them 5 times a day to just be able to hear their voices. But loneliness is not really scary for me because I always have my brother Tom with me. No, honestly, I think even when we will be grown up men we will buy a huge house and will still live together. Tom is my closest friend; I can sense what's happening in his soul.

About sex
Those who think that I am gay are just very limited people, who think stereotypes. Yes, there is that notion in the world: Gay should look like that... But how can you say that I am gay, just because I care what I look like and that I look different. I am tired to deny this rumor and try to explain myself. Let people think what they want to think. It's their rights. And the fact that I did not have a girlfriend for a long time is definitely not the reason to say that I am gay. It is just the sex without love is nothing to me. And I think it pretty normal.

About food.
I can eat everything I want, because I don't gain weight. Some people even think that I have anorexia. But if they would come with me to dinner sometimes they would absolutely change their mind. (laugh). I can eat two pizzas and finish everything with Coca-cola. And I also can not live without coffee.

About girls.
I am sure I will know immediately that she is the One if I'll meet her. Someone probably will think that I am insane or stupid romantic, but it's not that - I really believe in love with first sight and forever. But for now relationship is not possible: firstly - there is no change that I will meet a girl, since I am always with huge bodyguards. And even though they are pretty good guys, it would spoil the intimate moment. Second, I am not ready to meat a girl who already has some kind of opinion of me without knowing me personally, that is why relationship with a fan is impossible. But even those who are not into our music still will see me through the prism of articles in newspapers and rumors. There is one other moment against serious relationship. If I ever fall in love I will want to spend all my time with her, but it means to forget about music and career. That is why I am still single. And I don't see problem with it. I learned to find a pleasure in other different things.

About a fame
My dream came true, I became super popular. But it has its minuses. Sometimes you don't want to rely on the help of other people but go and buy something in the store yourself for example. But in reality my personal assistant is doing it for me. Fame gives you a freedom but the same time it is taking freedom away. It is very complicated thing. But I wouldn't change anything. I wouldn't want to live differently.

Anorexia and binge drinking, which rumors are true about Bill Kaulitz?
In an interview with OK the Tokio Hotel singer clears things up.

He responds calmly to the rumors about being anorexic: "There is no truth in that at all, so no one has to be worried," Bill Kaulitz, 20, calms us down in the interview. "I eat, and most of all I love anything that is overbaked, like casseroles. And also candy/sweets."

But besides that the life of the Tokio Hotel singer is anything but normal. "I am greatful that we have so many fans," he declares. "But that also means, that I am being observed all the time. I often wish, I was a normal human, who can make normal mistakes without the entire world talking about it." For instance about the past of the former schoolband.

"When I was 15, I was on the road a lot. I have gotten drunk so badly at times that I wasn't even on this planet anymore," Bill says openly. "But all that loses his charm after some time. I love my body too much to do that to it. And I am way too afraid to lose the control over my life. I am a total control freak."

Bill does not let negative headlines get him down. "How paradox it might seem, I am thankful for all the haters out there. I rather polarize as be boring." And because of that he does not even think about changing his extravagant style. "I see it as a big piece of freedom, to dress the way I want. That what I wear, is art after all," he says confidently.

But there are also moments in which Bill turns rather shy. When they ask him about his private life and his sexual tendencies. "I would love to have a girlfriend, I want to fall in love and have a real relationship," he says. One night stands with groupies will not happen to him. "I do not want to spend the little free time I have with just any girl, but with a soulmate."

According to german mothers Tokio Hotel 'aren't good role models'

According to german mothers Tokio Hotel 'aren't good role models'
[...]A survey conducted by the Opinion research Iconkids & Youth in munich, has revealed that german mothers think that Sido and Tokio Hotel aren't good role models for their children.

But also the Teen-Idols from Tokio Hotel aren't that well liked by german mothers. The guys from Magdeburg are less controversial because of their texts, but rather because of their appearance and their videos. In addition, one particular bandmember isn't well recieved by mothers.

Of course we're talking about the guitarist, Tom Kaulitz, who is currently accused for assault. The girls swarm is said to have hit a female fan in the face at a gas station in Hamburg, after she had put a cigarette out on his car.[...]

Bill: "I am more and more suspicious around girls!"

Bill: "I am more and more suspicious around girls!"

StarClub Translation

Bill: I am more and more suspicious around girls!

Reclaimed in America, North Africa and in Europe, the four boys should launch into a tour marathon!

But what becomes of Tokio Hotel? After many months of being under medai surveillance, they dissappeared from French radio and television coverage. Their new album, expected to come out in January 2009, has been postponed to spring. Has this phenomenon been stunted? (?) Not necessarily...

At work...

Bill: "No, we are not separated. Tom and I are nutcases about work. We spend our time writing new songs, testing them and reworkign them. We'll come back strongly, believe me!"

Preparation...

Tom: "Yes, the release of the album has been postponed until spring of 2009. We don't know the date because you have to be ready. (?) Releasing a new album means to set out again on the roads of the world. We would love to do it, but all four of us need to take care of our health before starting again. But if our fans miss us, we will return as soon as possible."

In America...

Bill: "We know that people said that the Americans don't like us at all, and that it won't work in the states. But the night of the VMA's proved otherwise! We met at Hollywood, surrounded by international stars, and suddenly, we heard our name! We won the award of Best Newcomers! There were very big names there such as Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry. Afterwards, we celebrated with a party!

In South America...

Tom: "We also went to Mexico to do promotions for our music and we were received like Mexican stars. We spent hours signing autographs and we saw fans crying when we approached. It was very touching. We didn't know that we were liked there as well. We have to Internet to thank for that. I know that the fans of the world exchange info about us."

You hate...

Bill: "The worst are the attacks from the paparazzi. It's impossible to do anything without being photographed. Even during our vacation, they surprised us in our bathing suits."
Tom: " It is the same in France and in America. They try to catch us at our worst moments and take the worst pictures. One time in New York, I was having something to drink by myself, just to take a break. And the day after, I learned that Tokio Hotel is separated because I was alone in a bar."
Bill: "Oh yeah! Another dance in France, I was sitting on the ground during a repetition (?) to take a break, and I wasn't smiling. The morning after, I discovered that I was depressed and exhausted, and exploited by my management. It's such BS!"

Lessening the pressure...

Bill: "I know that I need to take a break. I was often sick in the past year and it's very annoying to be sick far from home. You feel very lonely...it had to be held because we had a very crazy schedule. I took photos without pleasure responded poorly at interviews. The only thing that I did gladly was signing autographs. I was time to take a break!"

And girls?

Tom: "I have the impression that I'm calm around girls. I seduce them a lot, but it doesn't amuse me anymore. I wonder whether or not I would be ready for a real relationship...under the condition that the girl is absolutely amazing!
Bill: "Me, I'm beginning to worry. More time has passed, and more people are becoming suspicious. When a girl approaches me during an after-show, I always ask if she's waiting for me. Does she want Bill from Tokio Hotel or is it really me that interests her? It really hurts me to not have a girlfriend. Fortunately I still have my music!

TH Haters...

Bill: "I know that they're are anti-Tokio-Hotel-campaigns in Germany and in some European countries. But I also learned that certain fans have been harassed in middle school or high school because they are fans. That's unacceptable! It's normal that there are people who don't like us. You can't please everybody...but when they take it out on our fans, I think its disgusting."

New Look?

Bill: "You want me to get rid of my look? It's not because we are approaching the release of a new album that I'm changing. I do whatever I feel like doing at the moment. It's true that I stopped putting streaks in my hair. Everybody can see it on my statue at Madam Tussaud's. But my look is not a marketing product that I change according to albums or tours. It depends on the moment and if I want to change anything. And in this case, it'll be a surprise for everybody!"

Tokio Hotel's frontman Bill Kaulitz enjoys breaking fahion rules as he plays dress up

No scans yet I think. Just a picture by Jasmine@THSGST.

Guy or girl?
People usually do a double take when they see Bill Kaulitz, the singer from German pop-rock band Tokio Hotel who is worshipped by screaming young women all over the world as a sex symbol and fashion icon. The others in the band are his twin brother, Tom, who is the guitarist and their childhood pals, drummer Gustav Schafer and bassist Georg Listing.

The quartet is massive in Europe and has already made waves in the US. But things can only get bigger.

Fans can't seem to get enough of Tokio Hotel's catchy hit songs like Monsoon, Ready Set Go, Rescue Me, Scream or the latest single Automatic. And nobody can ignore a frontman like Bill, who's a handsome as he is beautiful and makes American Idol Adam Lambert look like Kris Allen. He cuts such a strikingly emo figure with his dramatic guyliner, skin-tight black goth-glam wardrobe and gravity-defying coiffures that require a full bottle of hairspray a day.

Needless to say, speculation about his sexual orientation has been heating up.

But relax, girls.

Bill, 20, told The New Paper: "I've always liked girls and I've had (a few) so far."
Humble, gracious and exceedingly nice, the super-slender 1.9m-tall rock star said in fluent English over the phone from Berlin: "When everyone talks about a boy who wears make-up, they think he likes boys.
"That's a normal reaction, but it's not this way at all."
He also follows his own path when it comes to his dramatic image and finds having a stylist "a nightmare".

"I don't care if anyone says I look feminine. I wear what I want to wear. I like to break borders when it comes to fashion. If people say to me, "Bill, you can't wear that," I definitely will wear it." Recently, he experimented with white and black dreadlocks. And no, he wasn't influenced by his identical sibling Tom, who dresses like a hip-hop rapper and sports dreadlocks or cornrows, baseball caps, sweat bands and baggy streetwear. However, Bill - whose voice is gentler and higher-pitched than Tom's gruff, masculine tone - said the dreadlocks were "hot and uncomfortable" in summer, so he cut them off and now flaunts a shorter mohawk.

He said: "I like the freedom to do whatever I want with my hair and my whole style... it's boring to always have the same look."

Copycat fans

He also thinks it's a "cool compliment" that his fans are obsessed with his physical appearance.

"It's what every singer dreams about, isn't it? When you're on stage and see people in the audience having your hair and make-up."Bill even received the honour of becoming the youngest person to be immortalised in wax at the Madame Tussauds museum in Berlin last year.

His signature look was born after attending a Halloween party as a vampire when he was 12. The fan of the Twilight movies, who would love a cameo as a bloodsucker or to contribute to the soundtracks, recalled: "After that, I wanted to have black nails and dark make-up, and started wearing them to school and everywhere. "My school was horrible though. Everybody was looking at me and talking about (how I looked), but that was the way I felt, it was my personality."

Tom, older by 10 minutes and who is more of an extrovert and usually tagged as the "evil twin", interjected: "he always had me, I was like his bodyguard!"
Bill added: You have to be really confident if you want to look like this. You should just do your thing whenever you want and it'll be all right." Tom joked that without make-up, Bill "looks nearly the same as me - but not as pretty."

Tokio Hotel, formed in 2001 in Magdeburg, Germany, released its first German album, Schrei, in 2005. In 2007, its second German album, Zimmer 483, came out, followed by its first English album Scream - a strategic move by its record label Universal Music to widen the Teutonic boyband's appeal beyond the German-speaking world. The long-overdue language crossover hit pay dirt.

These CDs scored combined sales of more than one million copies worldwide, which helped the band win the MTV Europe Music Award for Best InterAct. Last year, Tokio Hotel pulled off a upset victory over Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Jordin Sparks for Best New Artist at the US MTV Video Music Awards.

And last month, it nabbed the Best Group trophy at the MTV Europe Music Awards, edging out fellow nominees Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Jonas Brothers and Kings of Leon. According to Tom, the guys' next stop will "definitely" be Asia. Especially Tokyo, the city the band is named after - because they reportedly love the idea of the Japanese metropolis - but bizarrely have never visited. But now, Tokio Hotel is busy promoting its new album, Humanoid, which was recorded in both German and English. Both versions were released simultaneously worldwide in October.

Despite sharing a womb, the Kaulitz brothers - who don't have other siblings - are polar opposites, not just in therms of their aesthetic preferences but also in their approach to relationships.

During our chat, Tom affectionately mocked Bill for being a diehard romantic who believes in "real love", whereas he's a loud-and-proud alpha male and ladies' man who "believes in real love - for one night".
Bill lamented that Tokio Hotel's burgeoning fame has contributed to his non-existent love life. He said: "Especially now, we don't have so much time or privacy anymore, so I want to spend time with a really important person and not waste it with a girl just for one night. What I'm searching for is a real soulmate, I'm quite old-school.

"It's hard to meet girls because it's impossible for us to walk down the street in Europe or go to a party without the paparazzi following us. And I'll never know why the girl is interested. Does she want to meet for Tokio Hotel or for me?"

Listing, 22, is the only member of Tokio Hotel who has a girlfriend.
So would Bill date someone prettier than him?

He said laughingly: "I would! When I fall in love, I just do everything. I don't care if she's prettier than me or whatever."
To which Tom added: "Although it's difficult to be prettier than Bill!"

Were you after 4 years of girl-screams on a hearing test?
TOM : No, but me and Bill, we hear bad since our birth. That's why we talk so loud.
BILL: Yes. And even if our hearing would be worse, it would be because we hear super-loud music, not because of the screaming. It's the best thing that can be. We love when our fans scream their emotions out.
You are playing in the Color Line Arena on February 28. What can the fans be excited about?
BILL: Not just about the live concert, but also on a great, huge show. We designed a really cool stage with a stage-designer from London - with pyro, LED - wall and a lot of moving elements. We are traveling with 2 tourbusses, more than 10 trucks.
Change of the subject : Bill, is it true, that you haven't had a girlfriend since you were 15?
BILL: Yes
No time?
BILL: It's not just because of that. If I would be in love, I would let everything be, I would even move to another city, or country. But because I don't go out that much, I don't have the opportuninty to get to know someone, have a more intense contact - except for other stars, or someone from the crew.
How must SHE be?
BILL: It's not about the outside. It's about love at 1st sight. I have to have the feeling that I can trust her right away. She should be spontaneous and happy to live.
How does it look like with the lovelife of the others
GEORG : I have a relationship for longer than a year.
TOM: Except for Georg, we are all single. I was never in love before. It's not about the outside, because there are a lot of beautiful women. It's about the whole package.

Exclusive Interview - Bill: "I wanted to quit everything!"
Bill has never been this thoughtful! The Tokio Hotel Frontman revealed to BRAVO how sad he is sometimes...

A record studio hidden in a backyard in Berlin-Schöneberg. Bill Kaulitz (20) is in one of them, on the first floor of the building with Nora (13), a BRAVO-Reader. She won a Speaker role in BRAVO for the movie "Arthur und die Minimoys 2″ (in the cinemas since November 26th). Bill lent his voice to the main character, Arthur. But now, the Tokio Hotel singer takes care of Nora and supports her at her recordings. Both get along well, Bill has a lot of fun and laughs the whole time. But at the following BRAVO-Interview, he suddenly shows a complete other side...

Bravo: Bill, are you happy?
Bill: I'm absolutely happy with my career. People like our Album "Humanoid". In most of the european countries we're more successful in the Charts with it, than with the previous Album! I wish that it my private life would also go so well. I don't know what I need to be satisfied - but I'm not.

Bravo: Any idea why?
Bill: Maybe because I don't have a lot of time to be happy about something that I just experienced. I can't enjoy our success, because I always have to do other things. And sadly, I'm still missing love...

Bravo: How can you find it? Can we help?...
Bill: I don't even know that myself (sighs). There are a lot of people who try to find a partner in a Realitysoap. But "Bill in Love" wouldn't be anything that I'd like to do. I couldn't "connect" to a girl in front of the camera - that's unimaginable. But it's also very unlikely to get to know someone in private. I'm not going out, not even to do some shopping!

Bravo: And why don't you escape of this world, and just go out without Bodyguards?
Bill: To be honest, I really don't want to try that - I'm even scared of it! Especially in Europe it's very difficult for me to go into a Club alone. Even when Securities are with me, everything feels more like a Photoshoot session or a signing session. Then I feel like an animal in the zoo. But that's what comes with this celebrity-status. Maybe I'll get to know someone through my job - who knows?...When I'll fall in love, it'll probably happen randomly.

Bravo: Are you at least pleased with yourself?
Bill: Sometimes I can't even stand myself. I don't watch my appearances on TV shows - I can't stand me. It also annoys me that I'm always thinking about something and that I'm not relaxed and super excited. I always check 2 times if the door is really closed and I check 10 times if I really didn't forget anything. I think I just have to learn to get more relaxed.

Bravo: Are you scared of the future?
Bill: Yes. Who knows what I'll be doing in the next 5-10 years? It's my absolute nightmare to have a Job in the office. It's just not for me. Already at school I had an authority problem. I can't listen to anyone. I hope that I'll always be my own boss.

Bravo: Are you sometimes freaking out, or are you always nice?
Bill: I'm very emotional, and I often screamed at the other boys or other crew-members when something didn't go like planned or when I didn't like something.

Bravo: How does an argument of Tokio Hotel look?
Bill: Some years ago we beat each other. Today we're putting some kind of psychological pressure on each other...

Bravo: Really?! How can we imagine that?
Bill: We're not talking to each other, or we're cancelling dates of the others on purpose. When I'm totally excited for a Photoshoot and when Tom is mad at me, then he cancels it secretly. But on the next day the anger has mostly subsided.

Bravo: Did someone of you during a fight say: "I'm done with all this! I'm quitting!"?
Bill: Nobody said it out loud, but everyone of us had these thoughts at least once! There were moments where I thought: I won't do this anymore, I'll quit! And this thought is still present. I sometimes still think that I want to have mor time for myself.

Bravo: What are these situations, where you think it all gets too much?
Bill: When I don't have any ideas or when I don't know what to do next. Then there are also days, where I think, that I just want to pack my suitcase and don't want to hear a thing about the Band for a year. But in the end I think about the fans, and about the strenght they're giving us and how much fun it is for me, to be the Frontman of Tokio Hotel.

FRIDA #24 -Bill: "We only think about dirty stuff"
FRIDA #24/2009 (Sweden)

Exclusive interview: TH answer FRIDAs weird questions!
Bill Kaulitz: "We only think about dirty stuff"

Who in Tokio Hotel sing in the shower, who got the worst morningtemper and
what really happened with Tom's dreadlocks? You will find the weird answers here!

What would you have been working with if you weren't in Tokio Hotel?
Bill: We would have been unemployed musicians.
Tom: I would also consider myself to be a lazy policeofficer.

Bill, how much time and money do you spend on your hair?
Bill: It takes maximum 10 mins on the morning. How much money I spend? Pretty normal I think, not very much. It depends on how much it cost at the hairdresser, a few hundred Euros. Otherwise I actually only use hairspray.

Tom, what happened with your dreadlocks?
Tom: One beautiful day they got ripped out of my head. Now they are sold to a maximum bid on e-bay!
Haha, okey..? And how did this happened?
Tom: I can't say, it's not very nice. Nah, I just wanted to get rid of the heavy weight on my head! Get abit easier on the head as well.
Georg: Ever since he even manage to speak in full sentences... Haha.

What are your worst habits?
Bill: Im awake too long during the nights and then I drink too much coffee.
Tom: I also drink too much coffee. One new bad habit is that I sleep to long when I have a day off!
Georg: That I often forget about the time and are late.
Tom: Georg forget to take a shower sometimes too. It's unpleasant for the rest of us.
Gustav: I tease.

If you were girls for one day, what would you do?
(everybody laughs hysterical)
Tom: There are so many things... So many things...
Bill: We only think about dirty stuff! I only know horrible stuff, haha. I would like to try as much as possible.
Tom: If I were a girl for a day I would try to sleep with Tom Kaulitz.
Georg: We all can relate to that... We would try that too, haha!

How does the perfect Saturday morning look like?
Tom: Being interviewed in Sweden!
Haha. Come on.
Tom: Yeah! Interview with FRIDA!
Don't you like to party?
Bill: We barley go out. We usually stay home in the house, watching DVDs and eating chips and such stuff.

Who got the worst morningtemper?
Georg: I do. I hate people who are happy during the mornings.
Tom: We all hate it, that's why we play in a band, haha.

Who got the best sense of humour?
Bill: It must be Georg.
Tom: Yes, but that's involuntarily.
Georg: Yeah, that's what you think...

Who is most organized?
Tom: I am!
Bill: Yes, he truly is.

Who spend most money on clothes?
All: Bill!

Who sings the most in the shower?
Bill: That must be me. All day!
Tom: It's annoying.

Bill Kaulitz: "I'm not the One-Night-Stand-Type of guy"
On the occasion of the movie "Arthur und die Minimoys 2", in which Bill Kaulitz lent his voice to the main character of the movie, Gala met up with the Tokio-Hotel-Singer and talked with him about Girls, Rumours and his cooking skills.

For the german version of the film, Bill Kaulitz lent his voice again to the main character of the movie "Arthur und die Minimoys 2 - Die Rache des Bösen M". Gala met up with the Tokio Hotel Singer for an interview.

In "Arthur 2", the new animated movie by Luc Besson, you lent the little hero your voice for the second time. Is it difficult for you to indentify with a Fantasy-Figure?
It is a challenge to empathize into a fantasy world and to put all your emotions into an animated figure. The most difficult part is, when you have to laugh or cry on command. And this several times in a row. But in the end everything went well.

Could you imagine to stand in front of the camera for an upcoming film?
Actually, I always had the opinion that a singer should sing and that an actor should act. But to be honest, lately I thought more and more about trying it out. Whereas I don't even know if I have enough talent for it. It should therefore be a small role.

Would you rather play the bad guy or the superhero?
Definitely the bad guy. Preferably a vampire or a junkie - yes, these would be my absolute dream roles.

The next "Twilight"-Book will be made into a movie soon - how about playing an evil vampire on the side of Robert Pattinson?
I would immediately say yes to a role in "Twilight".

In "Arthur 2" the heart of the little hero beats for princess Selena. Your heart however is still looking for love...
I would love to fall in love, but everything fails because of the life I currently lead. With "Tokio Hotel" we spend about two days in a city, then we already fly to the next one. But trust is very important for me in a relationship. I'm very skeptical and I don't let a lot of people get close to me. Sure, it would be possible for me to take a girl up to my room every night, but I never did that. I'm not the One-Night-Stand type of guy. That's just not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for somebody who really means something to me.

What should a woman have to arouse your interest?
She would have to radiate the joy of life, be spontaneous and self-confident. Furthermore she should be able to stand on her own feet and she shouldn't make her live dependent on mine.

Your career with "Tokio Hotel" seems like a fairytale. You've become world stars in the last 5 years. Do you sometimes wish to be the normal Bill Kaulitz, that you've been before?
Absolutely. On some days I wake up and think: Oh god, that's so overwhelming, I don't want to do a thing today. Of course there's a lot of pressure that weighs on us and I pressure myself the most. My brother, Tom, and I are control freaks. It's incredibly difficult for us, to let other people decide things. There's nothing that can be decided without us looking over it - and sometimes it's just too much. But that's just the problem of authority I happen to have, and it probably won't change.

How do you manage to relax, to gain new energy?
The only thing that can distract me is the time that I spend with my family, old friends from school and with my dogs. Just in this little circle of people that are close to me, which already knew me before the whole career with "Tokio Hotel" started, I can relax. I trust them 100%. These friendships are very intense and therefore also very important to me.

But you can no longer go to the disco with your old friends from school...
No, I can't lead a normal life anymore - and I won't be able to do that ever again. I don't need to fool myself. When I go out, Bodyguards are always accompanying me and one is also standing in front of my door. Success is a curse and a blessing at the same time. I can't live with it, but I also can't live without it. I need it: the stage, the shows, the spotlight. It gives me a lot of strenght, and I feel myself called upon it - I would like that to last a lifetime. But there are also days, where I would love to be a normal guy.

What would you do on such a day?
A party-vacation with a lot of friends in a two-star hotel on Mallorca or Ibiza. A real chav-vacation, where you start drinking Sangria on the plane.

There is a rumor which states that you're very stressed and that you're struggling with a eating disorder ...
There are in total 3 rumours which return every year: Bill Kaulitz is anorexic. Bill Kaulitz is gay. Bill Kaulitz leaves the band. But they're just not right. I've always been slim and just don't gain weight, it doesn't matter what I do. I don't pay attention to anything. I order milkshakes and coke and I eat french fries - but it has to be vegetarian. Tom and I don't eat meat since a year and a half.

Do you cook sometimes?
My cooking skills are enough to cook a plate of pasta. But I'm far too lazy for it anyways. When we're on the road, we always order something from the room service and otherwise I shove a frozen pizza into the oven.

And your favorite meal - apart from frozen pizza?
I used to love duck with red cabbage and potatoes. But now as a vegetarian I could only eat the side dish. That is why I now prefer to eat Nudelgratin (cmmt.: didn't find a translation for it XD) with a lot of grilled cheese. It really has to be because of our genes, that we don't gain any weight. By the way, Tom weighs as much as me - his clothes are just bigger than mine. Well, and he also exercises more than me.

What do you do to stay fit?
To get through the upcoming gigs, I probably need to start jogging again. Although I'm actually totally unsportsmanlike. Weight lifting, swimming, football - I don't do anything from the above.

Main thing:it looks cool!

Main thing:it looks cool!

Superstar about his look, his new film and his first kiss.

Bill Kaulitz-Frontman from Mega-Band Tokio Hotel is always stuck by his extravagant styling. Recently, even more than usual ..

Dark eye make-up,perfect nail polished artificial nails. In interview with BILD.de he clears up things about his style, talks about his new film Arthur und die minimoys 2 and about his first kiss.

With its four-inch heels, he is almost two heads taller than the BILD.de editor. "I grew a bit, I'm 1.88 now," says Bill by common photo,in the sitting position he prefers. "And for that I wear now heels!"

And not only that: the iroquis as hair, clothing by Christian Dior and Rick Owens (favorite designers of the Rockers, Madonna carries the mark of the American designer),lots of silver jewelry around her neck and leather gloves. Yound man can sure put himself in center of attention.

BILD.de: Bill? Do you find yourself in what you wear?

Bill: "yes, definitely. For me that was important from the beggining. To have that freedom,to wear what I want. The biggest piece of freedom is my own body.I want to decide how I want to look like.To have a stylist who decides everything for me would be my biggest nightmare. I could never do that. For me it's important that I feel comfortable and am not bored."

BILD.de: Were you always so confident or you emancipated yourself over time?

Bill: "At the first meeting with our record company they wanted to give us stylists that should tell me how should I wear my hair. This was the first thing I deleted.I was 14 back then.In that area there were discussions from the beggining."

BILD.de:Do you spent much money on clothes?

Bill: "It's unimportant if my clothes are expensive or not. Before I didn't have so much money so I did my own stuff,I sometimes do that today too.Or I draw something and than I make it. I have some jackets that cost $ 10. The main thing is it looks cool! "

BILD.de:What other say about your style is unimportant to you?

Bill: "With Tokio Hotel, there were times when I could no longer hear the name. I could not see my own face, hair, everything.I could not take it amiss to others, if they felt like that.Than it came time for something else.Present myself differently."

BILD.de: Do you find yourself beautiful?

Bill: "I am not the one that stays in front of mirror and says:Woah you are so hot. Also when lot of them think I do that, that I think like that about myself. When another people say that I look good,I am happy of course. You can see that."

BILD.de: How much time do you need in mornings?

Bill: "With showering, dressing, make-up I need an hour until I am styled.Of course there are days when I do not style myself. To go with this hair (pointing to his Iroquois)to the airport, would be a little exhausting. Then I put on a cap and I have no make up.At home I get up and sit in the jogging suit unshaven front of the TV - like everyone else. "

BILD.de:In "Arthur and the minimoys 2" you are speaking for the main character. He had his first kiss....

Bill: "Yes.To synchronize that in speech-cabin you have to kiss your own hand,so that can sound real. That is not nearly as romantic as comes across in the film. "

BILD.de:When did you have your first kiss?

Bill: "I was 9 or 10.Tom and I kissed the same girl.He kissed her one day before me.I was one day late.It was terrible.I think that first kiss was really not good.I thought it was terrible. The second was better. "

BILD.de:Do you want to take over the Hollywood next?

Bill: "Until now, there wasn't proper role.I think it's pretty hard to act.I have some experience in making music videos, but one whole film is a total different thing. When a right film comes than I could think of something.Films with vampires are my favourite. My dream as a child would be fulfilled if I had a chance to be in one."

B.Z. Interview - Bill believes in true love

CREDIT LOVETH-MUSIC.COM
Tokio-Bill believes in true love
"Arthur 2"-Premiere in Berlin: Bill Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel talks about Love, Pizza and "Twilight".

With heavy silver chains, leather gloves, black painted nails and a 40 cm long fauxhawk all eyes are immediately drawn to Bill Kaulitz (20)! In the interview the frontman of Tokio Hotel appears like an average and likeable boy. Prima Donna behaviour = zero! But the popstar still enjoyed his bath in the crowd on sunday at the Potsdamer Platz. Occasion: The new Fantasy-Spectacle "Arthur 2", in which Bill lent his voice - again - to the main character of the movie. Beforehand, Markus Tschiedert met him for an interview at the Ritz Carlton.

For the second time you lent your voice to the gnome Arthur. Do you like your speaking voice?
I don't like to hear me talk at all, I don't even watch my own interviews. However, I'm already used to my singing, and because of the Sound Technology you can also control it more. While speaking, one also says things without thinking about them.

This time, Arthur experiences his first love. How does it look for you?
I think it'll never happen to me, and nothing changed regarding this topic. I hope I won't be proved right with this, but at the moment it's my realistic judgement. When I look back on the last five years, then there wasn't a chance to fall in love. There are no dates and I can't get to know somebody on a normal way. There simply is no interpersonal contact.

What would your "Dream-person" look like?
I can't picture one! But I surely wouldn't fasten that on something physical, like their hair color. But I believe in love at first sight, I would just know it when she would suddenly stand right in front of me. Sure, I had some girlfriends, but just 'til I turned 15. After that I didn't, which is really not enough for a 20-year old.

Millions of girls are gushing over you. How can you handle the permanent screaming?
At live concerts you don't even notice it, because you make the music yourself and the earphones in your ears are somewhat protecting them. On the red carpet it can't even be loud enough for me.

Do japanese girls scream differently than german girls?
Nope, at least I couldn't hear a difference! Everywhere we go, the same energy meets us. It would be my nightmare, when the Fans would just applaud. I need this energy from all the fans, who let out all their emotions. It gives me a kick.

How do you manage to come down from the hysteria in your private life?
Well, there's no thing like a private life for me anymore. I don't have to delude myself. That's why I don't go out that often, and if I do, I always have Bodyguards accompanying me. Unfortunetly, I don't have normal contact with people, I would rather say that I'm afraid of people.

So, you can't just go out to get some buns...
I would love to! There are people who always get me everything, which was kind of cool in the first two years. But now I would like to decide myself, what I'll fill my fridge with. In America I was once at the super market at 3 p.m, when it was empty. That was, when I noticed, what things there are that I can buy.

With which things is your fridge filled?
Since I'm at home very seldom , it's just filled with standard things like bread and topping. I'm very uncomplicated when it comes to food, and I also don't like 5-star-restaurant. I love to eat Pasta and Pizza. My freezer is bigger than my fridge, there's where you find a lot of frozen-pizza, which I thaw and throw in the oven.

You're always styled. Would the fans recognise you without make-up?
In any case! When I drive to the airport, I also dress differently - with a hat and a jogging suit. But my fans already recognise me on the tip of my nose.

How long does your styling take?
It's already a routine: With showering and with all the bells and whistles, about a hour. I'm doing everything on my own, and I have a big problem with letting other people do these things. Sure, sometimes I make mistakes and when I see some pics from three years ago, I also think, how did you dress back then. But there is nothing which I am ashamed of, because that's how I felt in those moments, and that's okay.

Wo is the most important person to you?
My family, which keeps me on the ground and without my twin brother Tom, I couldn't surive a day. Even if we're seperated on a day like this, we call each other. Basically, I'm Tom, we both don't feel complete without each other, we need each other.

People like to compare you with Michael Jackson. Are you afraid of ending up the same way?
His death was a blatant thing and I don't even want to talk too much about it. Because I think it's aweful how his death is getting exploited. Michael Jackson also has the right to be left alone, and I want to contribute a little to this.

But like Jackson, you also chose a very androgynus appearance...
Yes, but that was an automatical developement. I was already running around differently at school and started dying my hear at the age of eleven. Shortly after that I started to wear make-up and painting my nails. I also loved to watch vampire movies as a kid, that's probably where I got my inspiration from.

When we're already talking about Vampires: Robert Pattinson is a tough competition. Are you a fan of "Twilight"?
Absolutely! At the beginning I was skeptcal, when everybody started telling me about the movie. But then I watched it and I liked it.

How do you deal with the fact that also guys think that you're great, and that people often say that you're gay?
That's a thing, which is almost boring me! It happens automatically, with the way that the society is shaped - it's obvious that there are rumours about it. And I think it's absolutely okay that boys think that I'm great. Why not?

The Kaulitz brothers and their friends are back! Determined to regain their fans and tear up everything!

Tokio Hotel
"We are rebels!"

A fourth album already on top!
After Schrei, Zimmer 483, and Scream, the fourth album of the band, Humanoid (Polydor), ranked number 3 in album sales in France upon its release. Available in German and English versions, it's placed under the sign of SF and the single Automatic is number 12 on the Top 50.

Athénée Plaza, 2:45 pm, October 14th. A compact line of girls, overexcited, wait behind barriers and scream as soon as Bill's black mane appears at the window. In a suite of the luxury hotel, the four rockers tie up interviews with a very Germanic rigor. An interview of 20 minutes, under strict control of the band's manager. I'm not disappointed, Bill sports a crest sculpted in gel and midnight blue nail polish. Beep stopwatch!

You've sold 5 million albums. Are these the types of numbers that put on mighty pressure?
Bill: Nooo! (laughs). Yes, of course, because this is not an album that we made in our garage, it's a big thing and we know that there are millions of people who will listen and talk about it. But in the studio, we tried to forget all that to concentrate on the music.

Bill writes the lyrics and Tom composes. You never fight?
Bill (laughing): No, we're forced to agree, Tom didn't write a line!
Tom (smiling): And you, you've never been able to play an instrument!

Your music is still rock, but more sedate. Did you take a shot of old?
Bill: We grew up. We're 20 years old, this changes your life, but don't say that we've quieted down because that's wrong! We are always rebels, we have rage, in the good sense of the word!

In World Behind My Wall, you consider publicity to be an imprisonment. Is it so hard the life of Tokio Hotel?
Bill: We always wanted to be number 1. The only thing is, we can't go for a quiet walk on the street anymore, we don't feel free in our private life, we are locked in a gilded cage.

Bill, have you tried to go out without makeup or styled hair simply to pass incognito?
Bill: Of course, but even like that, there are always fans or photographers who finally recognize me and jump on me!

At the moment, French fans, called "the Afghans", harass you. This doesn't prevent you from coming to France...
Bill: They are not fans, just psychopaths who spoil our lives...
Tom: One of them jumped on my car when I left my home. They send us threatening letters and the court forbade them to approach us. But the most serious, it's that they went for our mother whom they physically attacked...

You've been away a little over a year and other sex symbols, Robert Pattinson and Zac Efron, have taken your place...Your strategy to dismiss them?
Bill: Zac! (Small mocking smile towards his brother.) We don't think about these types of things, Robert and Zac are actors, we're not in a competition.

Could you have a love story with a fan?
Bill: Why not, one is never safe from love at first sight...

Only Georg has a girlfriend. How come?
Bill: We would love to have a girlfriend, but we don't have time. Since the start of the band, I haven't had a single relationship.
Tom: This is not for lack of trying!
Georg: Tom is the most flirty of us, he is desperate to find a girlfriend!

What girl is your type?
Tom: Me, I really like Jessica Alba, she's a bomb!
And you, Bill?
Bill: I have no particular physical type. Brunette or blond, as long as it's love at first sight.

What must be done to have a chance with you?
Bill: Avoid biting fingernails.
Tom: Fart!
Gustav: Burp!
Georg: They must shave their legs and armpits!
Tom: Overall, no hairs on the body!
Bill: But that they still have hair!
Georg: And they don't put their fingers in their nose!

What do you know how to say in French?
Bill: "Sh*t!"
Gustav: "Would you like to sleep with me?" and "I love you", this is useful for finding an apartment!

What French artists do you know?
Tom: Uh...Johnny Hallyday, by reputation...
Georg: Carla Bruni?

Like any good rock band, we imagine you consume illegal substances. What are your favorites?
Bill: Coffee, Red Bull, Diet Coke, cigarettes, girls.
Tom: But our hardest drug is success!

tarpulse.com: Tokio Hotel interview

tarpulse.com: Tokio Hotel interview
Tokio Hotel Talks New Album, L.A., Adam Lambert & More

Starpulse recently had the chance to chat with Tokio Hotel band members Bill Kaulitz, Tom Kaulitz, Georg Listing, and Gustav Schafer. The German pop quartet emerged on the American music radar when they pulled out an upset win over Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, and Jordin Sparks for "Best New Artist" at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards.

The guys were great to chat with and Bill, the eccentric lead singer (who did most of the talking), let us in on one of his styling secrets, what band he's been listening to recently, Adam Lambert, and the making of their recent album, "Humanoid."

Starpulse reporter Phil McRae caught up with the band, here's what transpired...

Starpulse: How are you guys liking Los Angeles?

Bill Kaulitz: Oh, it's great. I think the weather is actually really cool. In Germany, it's really cold right now, so it's good to be here.

I was in Germany a couple months ago and went to Berlin for five days and thought it was great.

BK: Oh, you liked it, yeah?

Absolutely. Are you guys from around there? Do you ever hang out in Berlin?

BK: No, most of the time we are in Hamburg; that's where we have most of our studios. So, yeah, we spend most of our time in Hamburg when we're in Germany.

I've been listening to the new album, "Humanoid," lately and like it a lot. It differs from your first English-version album, "Scream" - is that something you were doing on purpose, or did it just work out that way?

BK: You know, I think it just happened in the studio. The first English record was like a 'Best Of' from our first two German albums ["Schrei" (2005) and "Zimmer 483" (2007)] and we just translated everything. We weren't sure what the new album would be like, and originally we planned to do something new - something fresh. We decided to go to the studio for one year and we produced and wrote songs and wanted to be creative. The goal was to try things out. We have a lot of different versions from every song, and ["Humanoid"] is more electronic than the other records. There was nothing planned. It was just something different.

Was there a concept behind the album?

BK: No, not really a concept. It just happened in the studio. I think the most important thing is that we had time to produce and write. Maybe the record company hates us now because they expected the record half a year earlier. For us, it was more important to have the time. And like I said, we needed one year to produce this record. I think in the future it will also be like that, so we have enough time to produce and write.

Is that something the band prides itself on - not listening to exactly what the studio wants? It's just whatever comes naturally?

BK: Yeah, I think that's important, so we have no record company that is talking to us about our music - that is something we hate, when other people want to talk about that. I think it's important that you do your stuff and you like it. We don't think about other people. We just do our stuff, and when we're happy with that, we know it's going to be good.

Tom Kaulitz: I think if you love [the music], then other people can love it.

After looking at some fan sites, it sounds like Tokio Hotel loves performing and being on stage. What do you guys like about that so much?

BK: I think that it's something hot - like music and being on stage - that's why we do all of this. You know, I think the promotion stuff and photos shoots and interviews, that's just a part of it. But the most important thing for us is to really be on stage and to make music.

TK: The energy and the reaction of the fans, and having our own production and our own stage, and being on the road for months - that's what's great.

Bill, I like the look you have going on. Do you think Adam Lambert is trying to copy you?

BK: I don't know, I'm not sure. I haven't seen older pictures of him. [Haha]

Do you know who he is?

BK: Yeah, I know who he is. People have told me about that. We have that same show ["American Idol"] in Germany. I don't know how he looked before, so I don't know if he stole my look. Maybe he's just wearing makeup all the time like me. I started to wear makeup when I was - I think - 12 years old, so I don't know what his background is.

Do you have an inspiration behind the look?

BK: I really love vampires, so it started with a Halloween party and I went to it as a vampire. After that, I started wearing makeup and polish my nails and everything.

Are you excited for the new "Twilight" movie?

BK: Yeah. I saw the first one and it was really good. So I want to see the new one as well.

Have you ever heard of the TV show "True Blood"?

BK: Yeah, I heard about it, but I've never seen it. I think it's not out in Europe.

You should check it out.

BK: OK, cool.

My girlfriend is always telling me I need to use more hair product. Do you have any advice?

BK: [Haha] I just use one bottle of hairspray every day.

Wow. A full bottle?

BK: Yes, every day is a different kind. So I don't have like [a] company or anything [to recommend].

Will Tokio Hotel be touring in the U.S. anytime soon?

BK: We hope so. We just scheduled our European tour, and so we'll be doing that for 2010 and it'll be huge. We go to a lot of countries, and we hope that after the European tour we come to the U.S. We really want to.

Do you have a favorite place to perform in the U.S. - a favorite city?

BK: I really like all of the huge cities, so I really love New York and L.A. - and Chicago was great and San Francisco. I think all of the huge cities are incredible.

Do you guys have a few bands that you really loved when you were growing up, someone who has inspired your music?

BK: I think everyone listened to different music, and it's really hard for us to pick one band. For me, I've never had like one role model or something, but I listened to David Bowie and the Stereophonics. And at the moment, I really like Kings of Leon. They're really different and I really like their music.

Anything else going on with the new album release?

BK: No, I think we're just focusing on the tour now. And the record is working very well in every country, and we're really proud of it. Right now, it's a really important and exciting time for us because we've been working for such a long time on this record and put so much into it. We're proud that everyone likes it so much. Now we're focused on the life process and the tour.

What English-version album are you guys most proud of?

BK: That's really hard to say. I think we like all of our albums - they're all great - but at the moment I think we're really happy with the new one.

Congrats on the new album and good luck with the tour.

BK: OK, thank you very much

Everyone: Goodbye!

SWE OKEJ #11/2009 - Underwear and wet kisses!

SWE OKEJ #11/2009 - Underwear and wet kisses!
Thanks to xHiLFMiRFLiEGEN @ THF for the pictures and typing the text down

"We have done many forbidden things!"
Outside the hotels entrance are hundreds of girls and looking for the band OKEJ poped into and asked Bill to draw a duck.

Hello! First of all, congrats Gustav, it's your birthday today!
Gustav: Thank you! Though I haven't celebrated it at all, it's only been interviews whole day. But I don't complain. Or yeah, I complain a little.

I heard that you, Tom and Bill, celebrated your birthday recently in a very nice way!
Tom: Yes, we rented an amusement park for ourselves and our friends. It was awesome! We could go on every ride as much as we wanted and didn't had to get in line. It was a dream come true. Crazy!

If there was an attraction on the amusement park with the name Tokio Hotel, how would it be?
Bill: It would be the fastest ride you experienced. It would go straight forward like a freeday really long, then suddenly spinn up, up, up til you were in the sky. Then it would stand still for a while til you suddenly will fall straight down to the ground really fast!

What's the most illegal you've done in a hotelroom?
Tom: There are very many illegal things we've done as we can't say here. But we've trashed some things here and there. One time we went really fast on little bikes in the hotel corridors. The hotelstaff nor the guests didn't like that so much...
Bill: At a hotel in Germany we trashed so much things so we aren't welcome back to that city anymore and play, haha!

What's the most idiotic you did as children?
Georg: I threw a rock through a window at a Mercedes. But it was by accident. It was actually meant to hit a friend in the head.
Tom: When we were about 6 Bill and I went to a cliff where people jumped bungy jumping. But we had no safety lines or anything. So we stood there and looked. If a gust of wind had came we could probably fell down but we were little and didn't understood it then.

From one thing to another! What's the color of your underwear today?
Tom: Black.
Bill: Black.
Gustav: Blue and white-striped.
Georg: Black. It doesn't show when black underwear gets dirty! And the you can turn them inside out when you've had them for a while.

Would you ever pose naked for a magazine?
Tom: I mean, Im so good looking and there is already so much focus on my body...
Gustav: ...eh?
Tom: ... so I think it's enough. We should probably not have more attention to my nice body now. It's for the groups best.

Tell us about your first kiss!
Georg: [thinking]
Tom: Wasn't that the kiss you got from me yesterday?
Georg: Haha, no. I don't really remember the first one...
Tom: My first kiss was from the same girl as Bill got his first kiss from. It was a girl I was together with, and then Bill got together with her a month after we broke up. He usually takes my girls after me.
Bill: The first kiss is never good. It gets very wet and strange.

How should a normal Swedish girl do to get your attention?
Georg: Pull her shirt up!
Bill: They could color their hair in some crazy color and maybe have a big sign at our concerts. And learn German maybe. A good phrase is "Du hast so schöne augen". It means "You have beautiful eyes!"

Tokio Hotel's dreamgirl!
Face and legs: Jessica Alba.
Hair: Ashley Olsen.
Nose: Mary-Kate Olsen.
Butt: Jennifer Lopez.
Boobs: Pamela Anderson.
Feets: Angelina Jolie.

It's OKEJ... to think that Georg is a wimp! [says Tom]

Draw a duck, please!
Bill's duck:

Bill Kaulitz draw a duck and we asked a graphologist* to say who Bill is inside!
"There is a lot that spins in the head at this person. Many simple and obvious things. He has many amusing incidents and ideas - but the question is if he managed to achieve everything he wants to do? But despite the weirdness it's a person standing with both feet on the ground."

Arthur & the Minimoys 2: An Interview with Bill Kaulitz

Do you remember your reaction, when you saw the first part of Arthur and the Minimoys in the cinema and heard your voice?
I had to get used to hearing my own voice, because I don't like this at all. That's why I was very critical when it came to my work on the movie. But after a while I've also been very proud and thought: "Wow!". I immediately remembered the days that I spent in the synchronisation-studio and how much work it was. But I also knew how much fun it was, so I could enjoy watching the result on the canvas.

Were you glad to lend your voice a second time to the little adventure, "Arthur and the Minimoys - The return of the bad M."?
Of course, I was very excited. Synchronisation is still somewhat new for me, I'm not as familiar with it as singing. And when I saw the movie, I felt at home. Because of the first part I could relate to Arthur, and I really wanted to lend him my voice again. Somehow it's also my movie - and I feel almost responsible for Arthur.

Did you know how the plot in the second part would continue?
No, I was really curious, mostly about how the relationship of Arthur and Selenia continues. That's why the end of the movie surprised me, you don't see it coming. Anyhow, the audience will have some new experiences with Arthur.

Would you say that Arthur changed?
He definitely grew up, mostly because of all the experiences he gathered in the first movie. For his young age, he already experienced a lot of wicked things. That's probably what let him mature. Furthermore he also has a huge responsibility, after rescuing the Minimoys in the first part. He takes it very seriously, because he loves the Minimoys. And he also wants to protect Selenia, because he's in love with her.

Do you have a favorite scene in the new movie?
One of my favorite scenes is definitely where Arthur and Selenia kiss for the first time. Arthur visits the Minimoys later then expected, and Selenia was already very sad. He's scared that she's disappointed and that she has a totally wrong picture of him. But he was always thinking of her, and worried about her. When they finally kiss, it's a very intense scene - and you notice how madly in love they are with each other.

Do you run differently through the grass, now that you know that the Minimoys are living there?
Well, I'm not a nature freak, but in this case it's not bad - I don't have to accuse myself of ever hurting one of the Minimoys. That's why I give you all a tip: Move into the cities and leave the Minimoys in the woods and under the meadows alone!

So, the world of those small beings is totally foreign to you?
In a way, yes. But anyway, because of the movies you get the sudden urge to experience being a Minimoy yourself. Suddenly you want to sleep in a flower too, or fly around with a ladybug. Such scenes turn Arthurs Adventure into a real experience.

Tokio Hotel Offer Tips For Dressing Like Them On Halloween

Tokio Hotel Offer Tips For Dressing Like Them On Halloween
Tokio Hotel Offer Some Tips For Dressing Like Them On Halloween

Bill Kaulitz says fans just need a Mohawk, some makeup and 'a leather jacket.'

Halloween is almost upon us, and there are several celebrities out there who would be perfect inspirations for your Halloween costume. Sure, you can dress like Bella and Edward from "Twilight," or you could even dress like Lady Gaga (more on that Friday). But how about teen-favorite rockers Tokio Hotel?

We caught up with TH's Tom and Bill Kaulitz to get their ideas for stepping into their shoes Saturday night. Bill said he has an easy look to copy, despite his glam exterior. All you need is a Mohawk, some makeup and fingerless gloves. "I think that's the easiest," he said of fans trying to emulate his look, adding that they'll also need "a leather jacket."

His brother, Tom, had some advice for aspiring Bills, making his brother laugh as he jokingly suggested: "Makeup, ugly face, ugly smile."

During an interview with the rockers last October, we surprised them with some Halloween candy after hearing that they were big fans of American sweets. "In Germany, we do not have Halloween, which is a shame. We do have some of this candy though," Bill laughed at the time, surveying the mounds of sweets before him. "We have M&Ms, we have these things here - Ritter Sport - and these too, [Kinder Surprise Eggs]. ... I'm not really into chocolate; I really love all the sour stuff. ... I just like the surprises [in the Kinder]."

It's Halloween Week, the spookiest time of the year and also the most fun. So as the leaves fall and it gets a bit colder, we here at MTV News decided to pay homage to the holiday by rounding up some of your favorite celebrities' Halloween memories and costume ideas - some even offer advice on how to dress up like them this year. So brace yourselves: You're in for one horrifying week!

TOKIO HOTEL SHED LIGHT ON ALL THE RUMOURS
NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH

Who watches porn? Who lost his driving licence? Who loves luxury? The guys own up to everything exclusively in BRAVO!

PAGE 2

Band background picture: Georg (22), Bill (20), Tom (20) and Gustav (21, from left) in Athens/Greece. They showcased their new album Humanoid there (released on 2nd October - number one in the German charts).

1. Bill's slimming craze: Fans worry about Bill. In recent pictures the singer seems very thin. Is he possibly anorexic? "Rubbish", he laughs "that would be the least of my worries. If I happen to also order a salad with a pizza, I only pick at it for a bit at the most. I'm eating just as much as I used to. I've only just grown quite a bit. Therefore, maybe it just spread a bit better than with the others."

2. Bodyguards follow them as far as to the toilet: "That's true", Bill says. "The bodyguards even escort us to the toilet. However, don't worry - they wait outside the cubicle." Why? "One just never knows. Anything could happen". After all Tokio Hotel not only have got thousands of fans but also many haters. "Besides, our bodyguards are overpaid anyway", the TH front man smirks "and if I want to hide in a wardrobe once, they'll also have to come along."

3. Bill kissed a boy once: Many rumours circulate on the internet: Bill would be gay and would have smooched boys already. "No, I haven't done that yet", the 20-year-old clarifies. "Of course it's not true. I'm not gay, complete nonsense - however, funny nonsense at least."

4. Tokio Hotel only visit a club when they've got a secluded area: "That's something I'm not proud of", Bill says. "We'd rather go everywhere conventionally. However, that's not possible anymore." Therefore, TH mostly get a secluded corner to party untroubled. "However, Georg secretly sneaks off to the dance floor most of the times and totally rocks out", according to Tom. "The rest of us don't dance very often. However, if we're soon celebrating that our album went to number one, I'll also dance."

5. Each Tokio Hotel guy is a multi-millionaire! Are Bill, Gustav, Georg and Tom really filthy rich? "No, that's not true", Bill says. "Maybe [counting] in Polish Zloty", Georg laughs. One million Zloty would be 237.700 Euro. Not bad either..."

6. Gustav is now only bicycling: "True, because I'm overweight", Gustav jokes. Then however, Bill blurts out the true reason: "He just hasn't got a driving licence anymore. He crashed into a tram in Magdeburg last year. Now his licence is gone." Then the singer jokes: "Now he's only allowed to drive a bobbycar. Steering that one works rather well already." When will Gustav get his driving licence back? "Maybe in one or two years", Tom laughs mischievously.

7. Tom has been in bed with more than 200 girls already: "I don't want to deny that", Tom says. "However, that thing with the 200 girls has already been on the table two years ago", he laughs. Did he keep count? "Oh well, maybe there were only 198." Does Tom still remember every face? "Yes, definitely."

8. Bill shares a bed with four dogs at the same time: "Not with all of them at once", according to the TH singer. "However, it does happen often that one of them is allowed to sleep in my bed if that dog was particularly well-behaved." And what does that look like? "They really slip under my duvet with me - just like cuddly toys. They also adapt to my exact sleeping position and are very adorable."

9. Tokio Hotel secretly watch porn: "Maybe I'm more likely to shoot some", Tom laughs. "No, just kidding! But we like to watch it every now and then. After all there's many funny sites on the internet. One just has to look for what the [female] neighbour is up to", according to Tom. "However, we think of it more as being amusing. [We] watch funny and disgusting flicks together..."

10. Bill is together with his make-up artist! Time and again the rumour that Bill would be together with is make-up woman pops up. "No, that's not true. I'm single", Bill clarifies. "And the girl singing on our song 'Geisterfahrer' isn't my girlfriend either. I don't want to reveal who it is though. Only that much: One doesn't know her."

11. Bill is addicted to luxury: "Depends on the definition of 'luxury'. If it means that I want more than water and bread backstage - then yes", he explains. "Holidays are the biggest luxury I treat myself to. If I'm travelling in private I want it to be really nice - in a good hotel very far away. That's what I spend the most money on."

12. Georg is a cheapskate: "Georg is really stingy. He sleeps it over ten nights before buying something." Bill reveals. "He even fusses about a bag of gummi bears", Tom claims. "Candles were lit all over the place when we were at his once. Why? Because he didn't want to turn up the radiator. He would've only been home for two days anyway - in that case it wouldn't have been worth it." According to Bill Georg even does the dishes using his bathing water...

Tenderness, love, sex - Bill's Kaulitz (20) little friend in his pants is dead to the world. Is he afraid of girls? Is he really happy?

The rest of the band has gone wild.
Georg: He is the only one Th-boy who has a sweet girlfriend. He is together with his girlfriend from Magdeburg for 8 month. Georg: We met each other on the party. I don't tell you her name or go out with her!"

Tom: Blonde or brunet - Tom loves all the girls and he was never burnt by love. He's last affair: Chantelle (21) DJ-girl from Flipsyde. Is it big love? Tom:"No. just flirt. But I already want to fall in love. "

Gustav: Even Gustav is known by hot flirt. But he does it often carefully, he doesn't show with girls on public. Love? It's still unknown.

4 years are 1.461 days, 35.064 minutes or 2,1 million seconds - by any means is rather long period of time ! Can 20 year old guy live without hugs, coddling, and sex for such a long time? Bill Kaulitz has to accept it! The Th-frontman has a girlfriend since 2005 no more, and he didn't kiss since he started his career. His last girlfriend was Ina (now 21) from his home village Loitsche (left page). The girls all over the world want to come closer to Bill, even Miley Cyrus (16) tried to make up (flirt) to Bill. But in recent years Bill tries to get rid of the fan-girls. Unbelievable: Bill doesn't look suffering from permanent love absence, he expresses his feelings on stage, in recording studio, in front of the fans. Doesn't Bill need love?

The truth is: beyond the image of the cool star hides sensitive, shy boy. Bill is lonely, he describes it that way:" When I stay alone in my hotel room after a concert, I don't know from what I have to start. Then everything is so quite!" On the bottom of his heart he carries a wish [to find] love and sense of security. But it's too difficult for Bill to find a girlfriend. He's afraid that soon he will disappoint, because he's not like other guys in his age and he can meet a lady of easy virtue*. Tom, Georg and Gustuv go easy with girls, flirt even with fans, Bill prefers to keep a distance. He is afraid, that the girls see only glamourous pop star, that's why he doesn't want quick one-night-stands. Bill:"Sex without love is not for me. It is Tom's way of spending his time. Sex for one night brings nothing!"

He doesn't want sex without love, he's afraid of his feelings because he can become disappointed. Everything is so complicated! "When I meet a girl, I'll want to be with her all the time," says he. "And it doesn't feet in the overfilled calendar of Tokio hotel." This pretext sounds everywhere. The Motto: Either Bill finds super understanding girlfriend, who'll give him all her time, or he can wait for love till the end of his career. He doesn't pressure himself about that too much: "It's obvious that I want a girlfriend, but I can wait for a Woman of my Dream! At the moment I sleep in bed with my four dogs!"

Rosh 1 (Israel) - Super Boys! - TRANSLATED!

Rosh 1 (Israel) - Super Boys! - TRANSLATED! Reply with quote

You really thought that Tokio Hotel will come back big time, and we won't give them a cover with an interview? this is how you know us? So c'mon, check it out, and by the way read that Tom wants to walk around Naked. We swear.

Tokio Hotel, maybe the most lovely band around the teenagers in Israel in those last years, released a new album, "Humanoid". But you know it already. The album promoted by the mega-hit, "Automatic". Probably you already know it too. And I bet you know that here, in Rosh 1, we LOVE Tokio Hotel. So this is clear as the sun that comes after the Monsoon storm (Got it?), Bill and Tom Kaulitz will call us. But us only, and not any other magazine in Israel, for an interview to celebrate their new album. Although my had shoke a bit from excitement (but don't tell anyone), I've answered the phone without thinking twice, I didn't want to make the twins depressed. Now, lets start.

Stop the hypocrisy!

Hey guys, I'm happy to interview again for Rosh 1. We talked before already, but tell me again, how are you?
Bill: Ja, we remember Rosh1. We're good, and of course we have the new album. We worked on it more than a year and we recorded it in two languages, German and English. To be honest, we can say that everything is new with us!

The album's name is "Humanoid". We saw the cover, we can see there Bill as a robot, connected to some wires, with a shiny blue eye. What is the story behind the album and the future stuff?
Bill: The name of the album expressing kind of a feeling. During the recording we felt like humans, but we also felt weird, something you can't explain. Like we visited a small village and we felt there different, different from the citizens. In fact, this is the feeling that we feel in those last years.

Why you decided to record this album in two languages too? Tokio Hotel is already an international successful band, so English supposed to be enough, no?
Bill: We recorded in two languages because this is what we did before and it went pretty good. When we started to make music ten years ago we sang in English and German too, we just continue what we already started.

You released this album in million versions. What is the difference between them?
Tom: In the Deluxe version there are more songs, with DVD and more cool stuff.

Lets talk about your first single from the album, "Automatic". I've heard it a lot of times and it's a cool song, really, but I have to say it's a bit morerhythmic and optimistic from your old material. Is the album more optimistic too?
Tom: Actually you're right. The rhythm and the style of this album are a bit different from our old albums, but don't be wrong - it's still an album of Tokio Hotel with lots of guitars, good singing and all we need.

We talked about the album cover, and now I'll ask you about the cover of the single: We see there a human heart that a robot hand holds it. Also this picture is not so normal. What it means?
Bill: It's a good picture that reflects the song. "Automatic" talks about a girl with no real feelings, everything in her is automatic.

So the heart reflects the real feelings of the guy, and the hand - the automatic behaviour of the girl?
Bill: Yeah, something like that.

I must to ask: is the song tells about something real that happened to you? Is there a girl that played with your feelings?
Bill: The song talks about something real, yeah, but not about a romantic relationship but about our music scene and our life. We meet a lot of people, and a lot of times we see hypocrisy and automatic feelings.

from the red border on the left:

The Evolution

No need to worry. "Humanoid" is a good album that improves Tokio Hotel's sound in a few stages.

The emo-goth became to futuristic style. More electronic. Bill's voice is more deep and mature. Tom comes with more solos. These are the four differences we found on "Humanoid" from the old material of Tokio Hotel, already from first listening. Check out this review.

1. "Noise" - Good song for the opening. Rhythmic and electronic, and a chorus that will make you to raise your hands up. Lets make some noise! Must to be a single.

2. "Darkside of the sun" - More rhythmic song, that sounds a bit like the 80's pop. Must be a single too.

3. "Automatic" - You already know. Maybe the best song from the album.

4. "World Behind My Wall" - Deep and exciting rock-ballad.

5. "Humanoid" - The main song of the album. A lot of noise and anger. The start didn't sound the best, but the rest of the song is better. Lots of Tom.

6. "Forever Now" - Classic rock. Good song.

7. "Pain Of Love" - Interesting. Didn't decide yet if we like it or not. Good, but weird. Not so much Tokio Hotel-ish. Okay, we decided: we like it.

8. "Dogs Unleashed" - Everybody dance! Electro dance track, the retro 80's.

9. "Human Connect to Human" - Also more like the 80's, that sounds a lot like "Personal Jesus" of Depeche Mode.

10. "Alien" - Bill sings that he has an alien in him. Maybe he's right? The 80's electro is here too, and we also recognized some influences from A-ha.

11. "Phantomrider" - The second ballad on the album. not so good and not so calm from the other, but not bad at all.

12. "Zoom into me" - More ballad for the end. Futuristic song that talks about loneliness. We recommend to listen to it in the dark before you sleep.

the rest of the interview on page 3:

Well, we hope that we're not from the automatic people that Bill talks about. We were with the band on their way, and we also helped the fans to bring them here. But why be so pessimistic? If this interview will be translated to German and the boys will read it, we have something to tell them: Guys, we're not hypocrites! Come, give us a hug. Well, we went too far. Lets continue with the interview, okay?

Lets talk about the great video of "Automatic". Robots, cars... looks like you enjoyed. What you can tell us about it?
Bill: We filmed the video few months ago in South Africa, it was really cold and we worked on it 5 days. The song itself is energetic and fast, and it's really fun to listen to it while you're driving. So this is why there are cars in the clip.

Now the album is out, you're going for a worldwide tour?
Tom: Ja! We want to go for a huge tour next year.

Your biggest hit, "Monsoon", was on "Guitar Hero". Will you give more songs for such games?
Tom: Probably yes. We already talked about it and gave some ideas, but nothing is close yet.

Few months before the album was out, few demos from "Humanoid" were leaked to the net. What happened there? How did you feel about it?
Bill: It was unexpected and annoying. The person who leaked them is mean. We worked really hard on this songs, and the leaks were just awful.
Tom: Since the songs were just demos, we felt like naked.

Banal question, but we have to: How did you change as persons, since you're stars?
Tom: Of course our lifes are different today. Weird feeling, but we've got used to it.

Tom, you changed a lot, your look. You left your caps for bandanas, from the hip-hop style, and Gustav also comes different and wears glasses. Why?
Tom: I didn't change my look specially for the new album. The braids is something I did already a year ago. I just feel good with the change, it makes me feel alive. I don't want to look in the mirror and see the same things all the time.

How did you enjoy the last summer? Work all the time or you also found time for parties?
Bill: Work! We recorded non-stop in the USA and Germany.

Vampires Rocks
And the most important questions. First, if you could choose to be a hero, which one would you choose?
Bill: It would be cool to be invisible. Flying is also nice.
Tom: Invisible is the best, so you can walk around naked.

If you didn't see, it's the second time that Tom talks about nudity in this interview. The conclusion: Well, in fact, we don't have a conclusion, but we're curious to think what he wears right now. If he wears.

And the second question, and now about "Twilight". What do you prefer to be, a vampier, or a wolf?
Bill: A vampire, of cours. (Like everyone, actually).

Well, I know it's depressing to say goodbye, we're in the end of the interview. Last words for your fans in Israel?
Bill: We just want to say that the concert in Israel was amazing and exciting. We would love to come again, but we don't have a date yet. Thanks for all of the fans!

Thank you too, guys. Kisses and hugs for the G's!
